Virtual patients for medical schools
Clinical practice with patients who talk back.
Students interview, examine and diagnose AI patients by voice, in English or Arabic. Every consultation is scored line by line, and your educators write the cases.
Free to try in your browser: a few consultations a day, no sign-up.
A whole consultation, in the browser
What a student does with a real patient, with feedback on every step.
01
Take the history
Ask anything, by voice or in writing. The patient answers in character, in English, Egyptian Arabic or Saudi Arabic.

02
Examine
Look, feel and listen where you choose. Findings appear as you examine, and you hear the heart and lungs at 14 points on the chest and back.

03
Order tests
Choose from a full menu of blood tests, imaging, ECG and EEG. Results come back with their real-world turnaround, and tests the case didn't need cost points.

04
Diagnose and get scored
Choose a diagnosis, differentials and a plan. The AI marks the history and the plan and quotes the student's own words; examination, tests and diagnosis are scored by rule.

Built for the people who teach

Write a case in minutes
Answer a few questions and the AI writes the whole case in English and Arabic: the patient, the findings, the results and the score sheet. Change anything, then publish.

See every attempt
Assign a case to a class, follow attempts live, and open each one: the score sheet, the transcript and the plan. Change any mark with a reason, and release results when you're ready.

Bring in a class with one link
Add students by email or CSV, or share a join link that only your school's email addresses can use.
Ready for your school
We set up your school
Your school, its administrators and its voice minutes, ready from the first day.
Arabic and English throughout
The whole interface reads right to left in Arabic, and patients speak English, Egyptian Arabic or Saudi Arabic.
A growing case library
Cases across specialties and levels, written by AI and labelled so, for your educators to review and adapt.
Browser, phone and headset
Students practise in any modern browser, in the MedSim app on iPhone and Android (with the patient on their own floor, in augmented reality), and on Meta Quest 3.
Voice by the month
Each school has monthly voice minutes; when they run out, students type their questions instead.
Your educators decide
An educator can change any mark, and results reach students only when you release them.
